Chin Jewelers is a high-end jeweler based in New York City's Chinatown specializing in 24k Gold, Jade, Sterling Silver, and Watches. Chin Jewelers was originally established in Toronto in 2022 and shortly after moved to New York City.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of fine jewelry and timepieces, all sales are final. Each item is carefully verified and packaged before shipping and is guaranteed authentic.

How can I track my order?
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you shortly after.

Do you have a storefront?
For now we only sell online but hope to open a physical location soon!

How often do you restock?
Once a product is sold out it will rarely be restocked on the website. If you would like something that is out of stock feel free to send us an email and we can normally do one-off orders at request.
